The set can be opened and reasonably used. We simply ask that all physical components — including the cards, journal and presentation box — are returned and are not deliberately damaged, altered or missing.

To make a claim, email fiona@getlifetold.com with your name and order number. If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and cover the return postage.

Please don’t send your order back before contacting us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the product purchase price to your original payment. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
